KNUD'S HOUSE
Knud’s House became a part of Ilulissat Guesthouse in 2021, and we are very excited about the charming house and its fantastic location. It is, of course, named after the renowned polar explorer Knud Rasmussen, who was born and raised in Ilulissat, and the statue of Knud Rasmussen stands just 100 meters from the house.
The house has 3 double rooms, with the option for an additional bed. Perched high, the house offers a fantastic view of Disko Bay from the living room and kitchen. From the veranda, there is an unspoiled view of the water, and icebergs, whales, and boats ensure that there is always something to see.
The house is perfect if you are traveling as a smaller group or family. We can accommodate a total of 7 beds in the house.

Price includes:
- Private house with 2 beds in all 3 rooms
- Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels
- Fully equipped kitchen – including tea towels, dishcloths and basic spices
- Wifi – but be aware that the stability and speed are not like you know from home
If you need to wash your clothes during your stay, you can use our washing machine for DKK 30,- per wash

Cancellation: 60 days before arrival 50% cancellation fee. Less than 60 days before arrival 100% cancellations fee

Prices in high season (June-September) per night:
- Entire house for private use: DKK 4.600,- (up to 6 pax)
- Extra bed (max 1 extra bed): DKK 400,-
Prices in shoulder season (February-April + October) per night:
- Entire house for private use: DKK 3.000,- (up to 6 pax)
- Extra bed (max 1 extra bed): DKK 300,-
Prices in low season (November-January + May) per night:
- Entire house for private use: DKK 2.500,- (up to 6 pax)
- Extra bed (max 1 extra bed): DKK 200,-
