KNUD'S HOUSE
Knud’s House became a part of Ilulissat Guesthouse in 2021, and we are very excited about the charming house and its fantastic location. It is, of course, named after the renowned polar explorer Knud Rasmussen, who was born and raised in Ilulissat, and the statue of Knud Rasmussen stands just 100 meters from the house.
The house has 3 double rooms, with the option for an additional bed. Perched high, the house offers a fantastic view of Disko Bay from the living room and kitchen. From the veranda, there is an unspoiled view of the water, and icebergs, whales, and boats ensure that there is always something to see.
The house is perfect if you are traveling as a smaller group or family. We can accommodate a total of 7 beds in the house. The bathroom/toilet and common areas are shared by everyone.
Price includes:
2 beds in each bedrooms (option for 1 extra bed), as well as duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels. Showers and toilets are found in the hallway. Our guide to Ilulissat. Free luggage storage if you need to store gear during your travels in Greenland.

- Wifi is included in your stay, but please note the connection and speed can be limited.
- Washing – If you need to wash your clothes during your stay, you can use our washing machine for DKK 30,- per wash incl. soap

- Cancellation: 60 days before arrival 50% cancellation fee. Less than 60 days before arrival 100% cancellations fee
